DONGGUAN CENTS PRECISION MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD makes custom injection moulds (injection molds), moulded plastic parts, and IMD / IML in-mould decoration products. Mould design, CNC machining, wire EDM, mirror polishing, dimensional inspection and injection moulding all happen in one factory in Humen Town, Dongguan, China.

Our factory is at No.86 of Juqi Road, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, postcode 523850. Humen is known as the Town of Mould. We welcome customer audits and factory visits, and several of our European and North American customers have visited and audited us in person.

We have been designing and building injection moulds since 2003, so more than 20 years. The company was founded by an engineer who had worked as a mould design engineer in Japanese and Taiwanese factories, and the design discipline behind our tooling comes from that background.

No. Mould machining is completed in our own factory, and we do not send the tooling out. Most of our machining equipment, including CNC machining centres, slow wire EDM, fast wire EDM and EDM, is imported from Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Germany and Taiwan, and most mould machining is carried out automatically by the machines.

We dimension each mould to the tolerances your part actually needs, and we inspect the finished tooling before it goes to the moulding machine. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we will confirm in writing what we can hold before you place the order, rather than quoting a tolerance figure that may not apply to your part.

We are a manufacturer. We own the toolroom and the moulding floor: mould design, machining, EDM, polishing and inspection all happen on our site, and we run our own injection moulding machines. A trading company has no machines, cannot show you an equipment list, and cannot answer a technical mould question without asking someone else.

Two jobs that many suppliers avoid: overmoulding, where several plastic materials are combined into one part, and unscrewing moulds, for parts with internal rotating threads. Both need more design work and tighter process control than a standard tool, and both are regular work for us.

Cosmetics and packaging, medical devices, automotive, home appliances, toys, industrial and electronic enclosures, pipe fittings, and components with metal inserts. We have supplied a European cosmetics company with lipstick outer tubes and middle tubes for 15 consecutive years.

Mould life is decided by the steel, the structure and the plastic, so we build to the shot count agreed for your project instead of promising one number for every tool. On our long-running cosmetics tooling the specification is 1,000,000 shots. Tools that run continuously need the right steel and a maintenance plan from the start.

Yes. We produce the moulded parts ourselves, so the mould is validated on real production parts rather than on steel alone. If a dimension or a surface finish needs adjusting, the correction is made by the same team that machined the tool.

IMD (in-mould decoration) and IML (in-mould labelling) place a printed film or label inside the mould so the part comes out already decorated, with no separate printing step and a finish that does not rub off. We manufacture IMD / IML tooling and the moulded parts.

Our main markets are the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Ukraine and Russia. We also ship to Denmark, the Netherlands and other European countries, and we are used to working to European and North American tolerances and documentation.
